CUSTOM By PrinterBees is our opportunity to serve our business clients with the array of items available on CUSTOM By PrinterBees. It also gives us to opportunity to serve individual consumers with that same attention to detail and passion that’s always been at the core of what we do.
If what you have ordered requires customization, we will send you a proof to make sure what you’ve ordered is what we’ve created for you. Please make sure to check your email and your junk/spam folder to approve your proof, so we can move your order forward in our process. You can make one change to your proof without additional fees. A $5 fee applies to further proof changes.
Please allow us at least five days to customize your order. We take great care in each order to customize and create exactly what you’ve ordered. It’s like “fine wine,” it takes time to create the quality we are committed to.
You will be provided with a tracking number based on the type of shipping you’ve requested. Please check your email for tracking information so you know when your package will be arriving. We’re excited for you to receive your order!
We will always take responsibility for the quality of what we create and ship. We are very selective with our vendors and the quality of what we produce. If you feel that we have not met that commitment to quality, please contact us within 14 days from the time your item was delivered so we can address it in a timely manner. Please make sure that you check the sizing guidelines when ordering shirts or apparel. Everything we create is custom, so we can’t be responsible for items that were ordered incorrectly, as they can’t be returned to stock. We will always do what we can to accommodate you, so please reach out if there’s an issue so we can find a solution.
